Founded in 1991, Zara Law Offices is an international commercial law firm in New York City, offering its corporate and individual clients the highest quality of legal services in various areas such as Litigation and Corporate Law. While our focus is on the small to medium sized businesses that operate internationally, we represent or have represented a diverse clientele, from significant European corporations and wealthy individuals, to US start-up companies. We believe that our multicultural and multilingual background and legal training in both civil and common law jurisdictions render us uniquely qualified to represent both U.S. and foreign clients in international business matters and disputes.

Through partnerships with legal professionals in numerous jurisdictions we can serve our clients, including in litigation matters, throughout the USA and Europe. We cooperate with attorneys in Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Turkey, and are also able to handle our clients’ matters in these countries in close collaboration with local counsel.

We have also provided pro-bono legal services to several New York based non-profit organizations, including The Asociación de Empresarios y Professionales, A.E.P., USA—Spain, Inc.; and to the Turkish—American Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ltd., and the American Friends of Turkish Jewry Inc., which we set up in 2002 and 2004 respectively.
